Objective of the Head of Talent and Organisational Effectiveness role
The Head of Talent and Organisational Effectiveness is responsible for partnering with the HR team and business leaders to drive talent management strategies, tools and processes to meet the current and future business needs of the company. The role is also responsible for diversity and inclusion as well as organisation design and development activities that enhance the organisation’s effectiveness.
